Business Development Manager

Job description

We are currently looking to appoint an Partnership Manager in Cheadle. You will be responsible initially for all new business development where you will manage your own diary and the role will be a mix of office and one the road based working.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: Basic start from £35,000 - £40,000 p/year depending on experience,

Experience:

• Industrial Recruitment min of 3 year experience

Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)

Responsibilities:

• Attend new and existing client visits with Consultants and Managers

• Attend regular service reviews with clients.

• Recruit and coach a new team of Consultants.

• Negotiate pricing with new clients.

• Produce presentations where required.

• Build strong relationships with the Consultants..

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

• Communicate client requirements with the branch network.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

• Arrange regular service reviews with clients.
